Courses and Events Self-Defense & Street Smarts for Teens and Adults The Best Defense Program is offered through companies, community organizations and fitness centers at lunchtime, after work hours or as a part of the regular workday. The program is designed to develop a person’s self-esteem and self-confidence by providing them with information about how to become aware of danger, how to avoid danger and how to implement a course of action in the event of a physical assault. Participants will be better prepared to make safer smarter decisions. The course content includes discussion topics and self-defense maneuvers integrated into a three to five-hour course called The Best Defense.
