Your Instructor

Joe Rosner is the Director of Best Defense of Illinois. Joe has military, law enforcement and bodyguard experience and competes in martial arts tournaments at the black belt level.

He volunteers time to non-profit groups that work with the homeless and victims of domestic violence teaching self-defense methods. Joe and his wife Roz make their home in rural McHenry County.
